Raw Till 4

When will my delivery arrive? Important Information

Keep it raw till 4 and then enjoy a delicious nutrient-packed meal

The power truly is in the juice. Enjoy the benefits of juicing with a cleanse meal at the end of the day. Our delicious plant based meals are made using only good grains such as quinoa and buckwheat, which are easy to digest. On this plan, you can expect fantastic meals, such as millet and coconut curries made with real virgin coconuts and a little spice. We lightly fry the ingredients with coconut oil as this is the only oil that is not stored as fat but has the opposite effect of burning fat due to containing mtc oils. Clever eh?

If you want to feel healthy, energetic and maybe even lose a few pounds, but a 100% juice cleanse isn’t for you, then our Raw Till 4 plan is a great alternative.  This plan is designed for the juice cleansing newbies, new mums, gym bunnies and clients with demanding schedules.  Incorporating our delicious, super-charged raw pressed juices and a plant-based cooked meal to be enjoyed after 4pm, Raw Till 4 is the perfect introduction to cleansing. Less hardcore than a full-on cleanse, you’ll feel amazing from all those vitamins from our cold pressed juices flooding through your body.

We also offer this cleanse at an advanced level featuring only green juices for our green junkies out there. For this option, select Raw till 4 Green.
